 Rick Berry, Eurotech Knoxville President and Lead
Technician, has over 20 years of factory training and
experience in a European luxury car dealership. He is an ASE
Master Technician and has received Master Guild status with
Audi of America. This experience includes all aspects of
vehicle repair including general, diagnostics, electrical,
and maintenance. He has worked with various makes of German
automobiles and is an enthusiast as well.
 Jeff Warren is BMW, Ferrari and Porsche
factory trained. He worked for seven years as an IMSA crew
chief for Porsche and Mazda cars. He has 25 years' experience in European
vehicle repair and maintenance. His experience is
invaluable to the Eurotech Knoxville team and we are proud to have
him.
 Jonathan Guin is from Macon, Georgia. He is a graduate of
Nashville Auto Diesel College and is ASE-Certified. He joined the Eurotech Knoxville team
in 2009 and we are
fortunate to have him.
 Tyler Watkins is a graduate of Nashville Auto Diesel College
and is our apprentice technician. He has a love for German
automobiles and a commendable eagerness to learn.
 Janis Berry oversees the day-to-day operations of Eurotech Knoxville including appointment scheduling, service writing and inventory.
 Abby and Maci are our shop mascots. They enjoy coming to
work and are eager to greet our customers. Sometimes they
even sit in the lounge with our waiting customers.
