"I had first heard of Eurotech from the Smokey Mountain MINI
website. I was searching for a solution locally for a friends
2006 MINI Convertible that had overheated. Sending to Nashville
was pretty much out of the question but they didn't have much
choice. Eurotech looked like a good local option. It turned out
that the fix was easy and while it was there, they changed the
oil and looked the Cooper over. I was not only very impressed
with the job they did on my friends MINI, I was also happy with
how they treated her and me. It was where I planned to take my
2005 convertible when any service was needed.
That time came a few weeks ago. I knew brakes were needed soon
and while there for a pre-inspection, Rick noticed I had a small
valve cover leak. I had 150 miles left on my factory warranty
and the only thing MINI of Nashville would cover was the valve
cover leak and only if they determined it was needed. I priced
new brake pads, new front rotors, new rear pads, an oil service
and the valve cover gasket. What I thought would be well over
$1,000 came in much lower plus I didn't have to drive 150 miles
to Nashville. They completed the task in the exact time they
stated and washed the car before I took it home. I couldn't have
been happier with the way they treated my wife, my car and me. I
will not hesitate to take it back for any reason.
I understand that there may be a new MINI dealer coming to
Knoxville. Well, I hate tell them but we already have a service
department! Eurotech Knoxville."

2005 Mini Cooper Convertible
"On May 15, I made one of the most important phone calls to a
complete stranger named Janis. I was calling blindly asking for
a miracle to happen and little did I know she was prepared to do
it. I was making a four hour drive to a car I found on Auto
Trader and needed a professional to inspect it. Usually a shop
needs a few days notice, or if you are a dealer about a week,
but at Eurotech Janis needed about 4 hours. I don't know who to
thank more, Janis for her unbelievable kindness, or her husband
Rick, who did the inspection. I know a pre-purchase inspection
was probably nothing major for a ASE Master Technician such as
Rick, however he was so through with his inspection he made me
want to drive my car for service to Knoxville just for routine
service. My car purchase couldn't of gone more smoothly and I am
the proud owner of a near new BMW 330Ci sport. I really want to
thank you both for your amazing hospitality and professionalism.
I was actually disappointed I couldn't thank you in person but
wish you both the best of luck with your business. Eurotech is
the exact automotive shop anyone could wish to go to, its just
a shame they are not closer to Marietta, GA."
