Rick
Founder
Rick’s passion for European automobiles isn’t just a career-it’s a lifelong pursuit of precision, performance and craftsmanship.
He began his journey in 1986, working under Tom Harper at Harper Porsche-Audi-Jaguar, where he built a strong foundation in luxury automotive service. Over the course of 21 years, Rick honed his expertise within the dealership environment before expanding his experience into the independent service world in 2007. Today, he brings over 40 years of factory training and hands-on experience to every vehicle that comes through the shop.
Rick is an ASE-Certified Master Technician and has achieved Master Guild status with Audi of America–a distinction that reflects both advanced technical skill and a deep commitment to excellence. His expertise spans all areas of automotive repair, including diagnostics, electrical systems, maintenance and complex problem-solving, with a strong focus on German makes.
Beyond the shop, Rick is a true enthusiast. His appreciation for performance engineering carries into his personal life, where he enjoys motorsports and traveling, always staying connected to the innovation and excitement that define the automotive world. Rick’s leadership sets the standard for the shop–combining decades of experience with a genuine passion for delivering quality, honesty and expertise to every client.
Janis
Business Marketing
Janis spends most of her time behind the scenes in marketing and social media. She works keeping our shop connected, visible, and engaging with our customers both online and in the community.
Outside of work, she and Rick have a passion for motorsports, always keeping up with the latest in performance and racing culture-something that naturally fuels their enthusiasm for the automotive world.
When they’re not at the shop or the track, you’ll likely find them traveling, exploring new places and experiences with their furbabies, who definitely keep things entertaining.
Eric
ASE Master Certified Technician
Eric joined the Eurotech Knoxville team in 2022, bringing with him decades of high-level dealership experience and a deep-rooted passion for automotive excellence.
As a BMW Master Certified technician and an Audi Master Guild technician, Eric has developed advanced expertise across all areas of vehicle service–from maintenance and complex repairs to diagnostics and shop foreman leadership. His background in dealership environments has shaped a meticulous, detail-driven approach that ensures every vehicle is serviced to the highest standard.
Eric is also an ASE Master Certified technician and his skillset extends well beyond European makes and models, making him a versatile and trusted asset to both the team and clients alike.
Outside of the shop, Eric enjoys life in Powell with his wife, Elizabeth. When he is not working on cars, you’ll likely find him camping, biking or kayaking–making the most of the outdoors and the East Tennessee lifestyle.
Eric’s experience, leadership and commitment to quality make him an essential part of what keeps Eurotech Knoxville performing at its best.
Todd
ASE Master Certified Technician
Todd has been a valued member of the Eurotech Knoxville team since 2010, bringing over a decade of dedication, skill and consistency to the shop.
He holds an A.A.S. degree in Automotive Technology from the State University of New York at Morrisville, building a strong technical foundation that has supported his continued growth in the field.
Todd is an ASE Certified Master technician and has completed Porsche factory training, equipping him with in-depth expertise across all aspects of maintenance and repair.
His experience extends across all makes and models, making him a highly versatile technician known for getting the job done right the first time.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys life in Powell with his wife, Staci, and their four children, staying busy with family and everything that comes with it.
Todd’s longstanding commitment, technical knowledge and reliability make him an essential part of the Eurotech Knoxville team.
